A SOPHISTICATED BLEND OF FRESH
FRUIT FLAVOURSFlora’s Elderflower & Elderberry Liqueur
is one of the Small Batch Spirits that are
also produced at Ellers Farm Distillery.
That makes it a pretty sweet match for
our smooth vodka, along with citrus and
cloudy apple juice.

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
• 20ml Ellers Farm Elderflower and Elderberry liqueur
• 15ml Fresh lemon juice
• Cloudy apple juice and soda water
• Apple fan garnish
• Fresh mint garnish

METHOD

• Add the Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®, Flora’s Elderflower & Elderberry
  Liqueur and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well
• Add to a glass filled with ice and top with cloudy apple juice
• Garnish with apple & sprig of mint
