ENJOY A CLASSIC VODKA TONIC MADE WITH DUTCH BARN ORCHARD VODKA®.

This is the perfect summer serve, bringing together our flawless spirit with Mediterranean flavours for remarkably refined refreshment. Remember to clap your fresh rosemary for a lovely fresh aroma.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
  • 100ml Mediterranean tonic
  • Cubed ice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Pink grapefruit slice
  • Rosemary sprig (clapped)

METHOD

  • Take a square shaped spritz/white wine glass – 12 to 14oz size
  • Pour 50ml of Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
  • Pour 100ml of Mediterranean tonic
  • Add a scoop of cubed ice in large squares to fill most of the glass
  • Add 2 dashes of orange bitters over the ice
  • Add a pink grapefruit slice
  • Take a rosemary sprig and clap it to release the oils
  • Place rosemary behind the grapefruit, against the glass
  • Raise both garnishes so they stand up out of the glass
