INGREDIENTS

50ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
100ml dry ginger ale
Cubed ice
2 dashes orange bitters
1 half moon orange slice
2 fresh sprigs of thyme

METHOD

Take a square shaped spritz/white wine glass – 12 to 14oz size
Pour 50ml of Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
Pour 100ml of dry aged ginger ale
Add a scoop of cubed ice in large squares to fill most of the glass
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters over the ice
Garnish with half moon slice of orange
Place a couple of sprigs of fresh thyme so they sit behind the orange against the glass
Position the thyme so it sticks out of the glass
