INGREDIENTS

50ml Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka®
20ml Lemon juice
4 Raspberries
1/2 Egg white
20ml Sage-infused syrup (mix equal parts sugar and hot water, add sage leaves to taste and steep)
Cubed ice
Raspberry garnish
Sage garnish
Lemon wheel garnish

METHOD

Muddle 4 raspberries in a shaker
Add the rest of the ingredients
Dry shake all ingredients without ice to create bigger froth
Add ice and wet shake all ingredients
Strain over ice
Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel, sage and a raspberry
